One was a trust sale, and one probate, and twenty-eight standard sales

Maximum Sold price $2,825,000, house with 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, 3,285 sq ft, lot 25,534 sq ft and 10 days on the market

Eight homes sold below the original asking price, four at price and eighteen above.
